2023 Spring/Summer track and field season

When

We practice three times a week: Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Weekday practices are 6-8 p.m., and Saturday practices are noon-1:30 p.m. On weeks with Saturday meets, we practice twice a week.

Where

We rotate among Highland Middle School and International School in Bellevue and Cougar Mountain Middle School in Issaquah. Meets are located around Puget Sound. Our athletes work toward qualifying for Junior Olympic regionals, followed by Junior Olympic nationals the last week of July.

Cost

For the remainder of the season, the cost is $350 for all athletes (ages 8-18). Uniforms are not included in the cost and must be ordered separately.
